Carolyn Watson

I am a full time realtor of 14 years, 12 of those in Clarksville. I represent buyers and sellers. I have the opportunity of representing sellers with building lots, as well as farms for development. I also help sellers who have houses that need to sell immediately by way of short sale, and sellers from below $100 thousand and up. I am ready to help buyers who are purchasing in any price range. First time home buyers are exciting, when they see that they can afford a home.

I keep up with the financing that is available. There is always grant money and state, city programs for first time home buyers.

I am a member of the Clarksville Association of Realtors, where I am a past Chair of the Membership Committee and Public Relations Committee. I am a past "Realtor of the Year."

I am also a native Clarksvillian where I am involved in the community. I am a Master Gardener, member of the Clarksville Garden Club, a director of Garden of Hope Community Garden, work with the FUEL program for at risk school children, director of Cumberland Baptist Disaster Relief, and an active member of Hilldale Baptist Church.

I am married, have 5 children, and am a grandmother.
